End-Grain boards stand the test of time. The orientation of the grain towards the knife edge leads to fewer scratch marks on the board and sharper knives. They are also food safe when constructed from appropriate hardwoods. We pride ourselves in exclusively using White Oak and Ambrosia Maple. Our End Grain Butcher Block measures 14”x21”.
